POOL: Guest can access the Pool from 10 AM to 10PM.

Lift: There are total 3 lifts where One is for service lift and the others are for regular use.

Stairs: Guest can also use stairs if needed.

Parking: Guest can park their vehicles on basement parking on free of charges. One parking is allocated with each apartment.

Guest can ask for any help and it may take some time to fulfill the need. In the mean time, guest needs to keep patients. Guest don't need to throw the garbage on garbage room. Just keep the garbage bag in front of the apartment and the building cleaner will take it. Their could be sand on the balcony table on chairs as the balcony is faced on an open area.
