As per DTCM and community regulations, all guests are required to submit a valid Emirates ID or passport copy before check-in. The details will be securely shared only with the DTCM portal and building management for registration and access approval in accordance with UAE laws. Guests are requested to inspect all furniture and amenities upon arrival. Any damages, defects, or maintenance issues should be reported immediately to our team.
